Caralight plans to supply the units through exclusive licensing arrangements with three respected and well-established firms: (1) Penta Engineering Corporation, (2) Heraeus Holding Gmbh, and (3) Yadkin Valley Mechanical, Inc.

Penta Engineering Corporation (“Penta”) is a U.S.-based full-service engineering company specializing in the cement, lime, and mineral industry markets. Penta has extensive experience in the design and construction of industrial equipment domestically and internationally.

Heraeus Holding Gmbh (“Heraeus”), headquartered in Germany, is a global, private company supplying specialty lighting sources, quartz glass, sensors, precious metals, and dental and medical products. The specialized lighting division, Heraeus Noblelight, is one of the leaders in the field of specialized UV lamp systems.

Yadkin Valley Mechanical, Inc. is a North Carolina-based fabricator of air pollution control systems. Yadkin will fabricate components for the full-scale commercial units.
