The Caralight photochemical system economically controls the dioxin-furan emissions from a variety of spreader-stoker boilers. The photochemical system is compatible with the positive pressure electrostatic precipitators used for particulate matter control. Dioxin-furan emissions are effectively destroyed despite the frequent changes in boiler firing rate.
