Air Control Techniques, P.C. was granted a patent for the photochemical system and method for removal of dioxin-furan pollutants at industrial facilities (U.S. Patent Number 6,541,677). The patent includes a broad set of claims that cover most of the conceivable processes for photochemical removal of dioxin-furans from industrial facilities.

Air Control Techniques, P.C. personnel developed the photochemical system and established Caralight as a Delaware Subchapter C corporation. Caralight has purchased all IP rights and technical information concerning the photochemical system from Air Control Techniques, P.C.
